Step 1: Your initial vision
The journey begins with understanding your needs. You can email us your existing plans and specifications, or we can arrange a free home measure at a convenient time. We cover Northumberland and the surrounding areas. This first step allows us to gather all the information needed to begin your bespoke design.
Step 2: Crafting your design
Once we have all the details from your plans or home measure appointment, we’ll create detailed CAD visuals that bring your ideas to life, together with a comprehensive quotation. At this stage, we translate your vision into a practical, considered and visually striking design.
Step 3: Bringing it to life
The final step is to review your bespoke design. You can visit our Hexham showroom to view the visuals, explore samples and discuss the options in person, or receive the designs by email. Whichever you choose, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident before any final decisions are made.
