The journey begins with understanding your needs. You can either email us your existing plans and specifications, or we can schedule a free home measure appointment at your convenience. This crucial first step allows us to gather all the necessary information to kickstart your bespoke design.

Step 2: Crafting your design

Once we have all the details from your emailed plans or our home measure appointment. We'll create detailed design visuals that bring your ideas to life and provide a comprehensive price quotation. This stage focuses on translating your vision into a practical and stunning design.

Step 3: Bringing it to life

The final step is to review your bespoke design. We invite you to either visit our Hexham showroom to see the designs, explore samples, and discuss options in person, or we can conveniently email the designs directly to you. Our flexible approach ensures you're comfortable and confident with every decision.
